Claims
At Riskworks we consider our claims handling service to be a key element of our business.
Our dedicated claims team provides clients with valuable advice, as well as guiding them through the claims process step by step. Throughout the process, our experienced staff will ensure that:
- Wherever practical, any acceptance of liability is agreed by our clients prior to being communicated to a third party
- An initial assessment of liability is carried out, in the event of a liability or motor incident
- They communicate with all parties concerned, which may include loss adjusters, solicitors, insurance companies and uninsured loss providers
- The current position of each claim is monitored regularly, especially with liability claims
- Comprehensive file records are maintained so duplicates can be made if necessary
- The reserve figures placed by insurers reflect the potential loss
- All clients' outstanding claims are reviewed to ensure loss histories are not being adversely affected by insurers' over cautious reserve figures
